How to Set up Your
Pre-Authorized Monthly Donations

With your authorization, your kind donation will be automatically transferred
from your chequing account directly into the Family Support Centre chequing account.

[Unlike CanadaHelps or Paypal, no percentage is taken off your donation.]

  1. Download ‘Pre-Authorization Form’ (see link below).

  2. Fill out the form and sign.

  3. Email or mail the form to us along with a VOID cheque.

  4. Your first automatic transfer will occur in 1 to 4 weeks.

  5. You will receive an official tax-receipt for the total amount of your contribution.
